Automatic FLOW weighing belt system
Due to its dynamic weighing belts, the system can control the production of mixed products such as mixed lettuce and salads, vegetables and cabbage mixes automatically, continuously and precisely. It is available in flexible design.

Recipe weighing belt
Automatic weighing of up to ten product components according to preset recipes – up to 99 recipe mixtures can be individually set. The weighing belt is especially designed for mixing salads and vegetables according to customised recipes.

Batch Weighing System
An automated weighing system for putting together precise salad or vegetable blends based on a recipe. The mixtures are weighed in batches but continuously conveyed along the line to optimise processing efficiency.

Vertical form, fill and seal machine to produce, fill and close bags out of PP, laminated film from the roll. The machine is suitable for packing many types of food and non food products.
The Flex-DC has a hygienic design and is made of stainless steel. Together with the open construction this makes the machine very easy to clean. In-line centrifuge drying of lettuce, vegetables, fruits and more

The K 850 drying system represents the ideal solution for drying a diverse array of lettuce and vegetable products in a continuous, in-line process. Excelling in the drying of sliced fruit, vegetables, lettuce, mushrooms, and herbs, the K 850 is particularly well-suited for use in high care, fresh-cut food production environments. Building on the success of its predecessor, the K 650, the K 850 offers enhanced hourly throughput while maintaining the same high standards of quality results and ease of use.

The system allows for customisation of spinning times and speeds based on the consistency, shape, and size of the product, as well as the desired level of dryness. These adjustments can be made easily via a touchscreen and stored in the system’s programmes. Certain parameters, such as the speed of the buffer and outfeed conveyors, are automated based on the cycle time and rotational speed. This feature simplifies system setup and operation. An optional volume control feature is available to optimise the quantity of product feed, thereby impacting both capacity and drying effectiveness. Additionally, the system automatically enters an energy-saving mode when no product is being processed.

Method of operation

Following the washing stage, the product is gathered on a buffer conveyor and transferred to the centrifuge unit for drying. This arrangement allows your washing process to proceed uninterrupted while efficiently managing the flow of product into the centrifuge. Depending on the type and quantity of the product, various programs can be selected to ensure an effective, gentle, and brief drying cycle. After the drying cycle, the centrifuge’s rotational speed decreases, and an air ejection unit carefully discharges the product onto an outfeed conveyor.

This outfeed conveyor regulates the flow and conveys the dry product to subsequent stages, such as weighing and packing.

The K 850 drying system is an excellent complement to KRONEN GEWA washing machines. It can be seamlessly integrated into any other systems that necessitate a continuous, user-friendly drying process, requiring minimal personnel involvement.

HiTec MPW Multi Functional Fruit and Vegetable Washer

The MPW multifunctional product washer is designed to wash dirt and adhering parts from the surface of the raw products. The washer can be used for various kinds of fruits and vegetables.

By hand or by conveyer the product has to be loaded in a constant and even flow into the washing tank.

The conveyers will transport the product gently through the washing process. Air bubbles from the bottom supports the removal of dirt and spins the product while from the top water sprays. Perforations in the under belt ensures sand and other dirt to wash and fall off.

At the outfeed section the product gets dewatered by an adjustable air knife. The hood has easy access doors, and can be lifted on one side for easy cleaning. Construction the machine is made of stainless steel (304) and food grade polymers. Round materials are used whenever possible to ensure proper hygiene.
