Vertical form, fill and seal machine to produce, fill and close bags out of PP, laminated film from the roll. The machine is suitable for packing many types of food and non food products.
The Flex-DC has a hygienic design and is made of stainless steel. Together with the open construction this makes the machine very easy to clean. The machine is suitable for making Doy bags, pillow bags and corner seal bags. With a capacity of up to 45 bags per minute, the machine is widely applicable. Due to its low height and small footprint the machine is very versatile, both in small production areas as well as in industrial environments. The Easy is also very suitable for manual filling. Ergonomic weighing and filling solution direct into bagging machine

The KWT 16 Auto Bagging weighing table & platform includes a single head weigher to streamline the weighing and filling process into a GKS packaging machine CP350 or UP350. Different products such as vegetables, fruit, salads, baked goods, raw vegetables, sweets (also non food products) can be weighed, filled and packed into bags.

The stainless steel platform is adapted to the height of the packaging machine and is equipped with safety kick plates and railings. The mixing table, with the integrated single head weigher, is arranged in ergonomic height and easily accessible by stairs. The large 16 liter volume weighing bucket is perfectly suited to weigh all kinds of products. We also have a wide range of lifting and handling solutions to transfer products up to the weighing area. COMBIMAT SERIES: User friendly multihead weighers

The multihead Combimat weighers transport products via a central vibrating top cone and vibrating feed lanes to the storage bins. These drop products into the weighing bins, where highly accurate load cells determine the weight. The weighers are made of stainless steel and easy to clean because all trays, gutters and chutes can be dismantled and put back again without using tools.
